A Minnesota team you can meet in person.
ARCH Relief LLC is a Minnesota company based in the Twin Cities. We buy properties held up by probate, tax forfeiture or title problems, and every sale closes through a licensed title company.

Daniel Minor
Daniel is a Minnesota native with more than a decade in the mortgage industry, helping Twin Cities families buy and refinance their homes. He studied mathematics and computer science at Hamline University in St. Paul, graduating cum laude, and was named a Super Mortgage Professional by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal each year from 2021 to 2024.
As a loan officer, Daniel kept running into the same problems: title issues, inherited and partial ownership, and people stuck with no path forward. In his words:
"For years, my mortgage work had me solving exactly these kinds of problems. I'd meet families with a title issue, an inherited house, or a share of a property they couldn't do anything with, and nobody had a way forward for them. I'd try to help them find resources, but there was almost nowhere to send them. Most companies and investors won't even look at a property like that. Solving it can take real legal expertise and large legal costs, and there's no certainty it can be solved at all, so nearly everyone holds out for clean, easy deals. That's what made me want to help the people and families no other company will help."
At ARCH Relief, he works with families whose properties are stuck in probate, tax forfeiture or title problems, and he is involved in every property from the first conversation to the closing table.
A gap in the Minnesota market.
Selling a house the usual way generally takes clear title and every owner agreeing to sell. For a lot of Minnesota families and partial owners, that left no real option at all.
Nearly all companies and investors pass on these properties. Solving them can take specialized legal expertise and large legal costs, and there's no guarantee the problem can be solved at all, so most buyers want a clean, easy deal or nothing.
ARCH Relief was built for those situations. We buy properties that others pass on, including a single owner's share, and we put every offer in writing. If selling is the right choice, you now have a buyer.

- Owners of a fractional shareYou own part of a house but can't use it, sell it on the open market or get the others to act. See selling your share.
- Houses stuck in title or tax troubleA broken chain of title, an old lien or delinquent taxes keeps the property from selling. See title problems and tax forfeiture.
