Daniel is a Minnesota native with more than a decade in the mortgage industry, helping Twin Cities families buy and refinance their homes. He studied mathematics and computer science at Hamline University in St. Paul, graduating cum laude, and was named a Super Mortgage Professional by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal each year from 2021 to 2024.
At ARCH Relief, he works with families whose properties are stuck in probate, tax forfeiture or title problems, and he is involved in every property from the first conversation to the closing table.

Why the name
Named for the bridge you already know.
Our name comes from the Stone Arch Bridge. It has carried people across the Mississippi for more than a century, and it is what we try to be for a family: a steady way across, from a property that is stuck to one that is sold, settled or lived in again.

How did you get my contact information?
From public records. We review county deed and property tax records and probate court filings to identify owners and heirs of properties that may be stuck. If you'd like us to stop contacting you, just tell us and we will.
Is ARCH Relief a real, local company?
Yes. ARCH Relief LLC is a Minnesota company. You can look us up on the Minnesota Secretary of State's business search, call us at (763) 313-8891, and meet us in person by appointment at Carlson Towers, 601 Carlson Parkway in Minnetonka. Every sale closes through a licensed title company.
Do I have to sell to you?
No. Talking with us doesn't commit you to anything. If we make an offer, it's in writing, and you can take your time, talk it over with your family or have your own attorney review it.
What if I only own part of the property?
In many cases, we can buy just your share, even when the other owners aren't ready to sell. Every situation is different, so we'll explain in plain terms what a sale of your share would mean for you and for the other owners before you decide.
Do we have to pay anything out of pocket?
No. We cover the costs of the title, probate and county work. ARCH Relief is a buyer: we purchase the property, or your share of it, at a price set out in a written agreement, so you see the full picture before you sign anything.
Our property is facing tax forfeiture. Is it too late?
Often there are still options before the county's deadline, and sometimes after. The timeline matters, so the sooner you call, the more choices your family usually has. We'll look at the county record with you in the first conversation.
How long does this take?
It depends on the situation. A simple title fix moves faster than an estate with several heirs, and court and county schedules play a part. After we review your property, we'll give you a realistic estimate and keep you updated along the way.
Are you attorneys? Do you give legal advice?
No. ARCH Relief is a real estate company, not a law firm, and we don't give legal, financial or tax advice. We work alongside licensed Minnesota attorneys and title companies, and you're always welcome to have your own attorney review anything we propose.
